When you use Easy Does It Resume, you may enter career information, résumé information, job descriptions, and other information needed to generate a résumé or cover letter.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Information you submit for document generation is sent through Easy Does It Resume's server and processed using OpenAI's API to generate the requested content.

4. Storage of Your Information

Easy Does It Resume does not save your résumé, career information, job description, or generated document to an application database. Information entered into the application is cleared when the page is refreshed or closed.

5. Third-Party AI Processing

Easy Does It Resume uses OpenAI's API to process information submitted for AI generation. By default, OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train or improve its models. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to provide its services and help identify abuse, unless a longer retention period is required by law or another applicable exception applies.

6. Sensitive Information

Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account information, or other highly sensitive personal information into Easy Does It Resume.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information. Users are responsible for reviewing generated documents for accuracy before submitting them to an employer or other third party.
